1. A deposit of £100 is required when booking Waterside. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the date of arrival the full amount due must be paid at the time of booking. If the duration of booking is less than 1 week the full amount due must be paid in full at the time of booking.
2. Waterside is Let strictly on a short term holiday Let basis, the Guests have no tenure beyond the period stated above. The owners are John Moseley & Paul Outram, 39 Derwent Road, Dronfield, Derbyshire, S18 2FN. The owners are also the Agents. The Guests means the paying guest(s) who book the holiday Let or stay at Waterside, together with other members of their party, and any visitors they invite to Waterside.
3. Confirmation of booking will be sent via e-mail as soon as possible after receipt of booking form and deposit.
4. A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are permitted. Dogs must not be allowed on any of the furnishing in the cottage, i.e. sofa, beds etc. It is the responsibility of the owner of the dog(s) to clean up/disinfect promptly after the dog(s), whether indoors or outdoors. Remember children play in the garden etc. Pets may not be left unattended at the cottage
5. Should a guest(s) have cause to cancel the booking, the owners will make every effort to re-let the cottage and if are able to due so at the same rate, will reimburse all monies paid less the £100 booking fee.
6. The cottage will be available from 2pm onwards on the day of arrival. Please make sure the premises are vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
7. Waterside is to be treated with the utmost respect and care by guests and their visitors, and is to be left in a clean and tidy condition. Guests must report any breakages, or items needing repair or maintenance, is possible before the end of the let. Guests must agree, if requested, to pay for any damage or loss of items, or damage to the cottage itself which has been caused specifically by any guests staying at the cottage for the period stated above.
8. Only the persons & pets stated on the booking form may sleep at the cottage.
9. The owners do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to guest’s vehicles or property or any liability with regard to sickness or injury to guests, unless arising from proven negligence by the owners or their agents.
10. On very rare occasions access may be required by the owners or their agents to carry out repairs etc. As much notice would be given should this be necessary and would be carried out at an mutually convenient time.
11. The owners reserve the right to terminate the let, without any refund, should any guest or visitor cause deliberate damage to either Waterside and/or be a nuisance to the neighbours, the owners or others. If any visitors are in breach of any of the above booking conditions the owners also reserve the right to terminate the let without reimbursement.
